I beg to move: “That with reference to amendment No.2953 of the list of Amendments, in article 265-(a) the words ‘save in so far as Parliament may, by ‘law, otherwise provide’ be deleted;(b) the words beginning with ‘and any such law imposing’ and ending with ‘a substantial quantity of electricity’ be deleted.”
