I find from List IV, Sir, circulated last night, the Drafting Committee has thought better and they have accepted this amendment. “That in clause (5) of article 379, for the words ‘as the case may be, the Deputy Speaker’ the words ‘ the Deputy Speaker, as the case may be’ be substituted.”
